Josh served in VP and SVP roles with MBNA and Bank of America to refine processes and lead divisional team programs with Merrill Lynch, Schwab, Fidelity, and American Express. As well as loyalty Brand campaigns with Aetna, AAA, Celebrity Cruises, MLB, NFL, Bass Pro Shops, LL Bean, and Home Depot. Prior to Cr24, strategic Leadership Executive and Head of Payments North America, with Trellist and SoFi, focused on vertical market development, BD and B2B partnerships, expanding market share for Visa, Capital One, AT&T, Barclaycard US, PNC, Vanguard, ING Direct, TD Bank, and Bank of America, reaching 200+ million consumer households each year.
Josh aligns Cr24's R&D and patent innovation, branding, product and service operations, and business architecture. Driving digital-forward and approachable tech to best serve Client’s and vertical channels. Serving Cr24 to Realizing market share, enduring IP-based P&L, and investment growth.
Josh enjoys local charity youth programs and board service, fitness and sports, as well as traveling with family.
Mike's role as Cr24's Chief Client Product Officer provides the transition from development, and onto go-live advancement for all B2B and B2C ējis® programs. Mike provides co-lead for product and program component construct with our channel partners and internal teams, as well as leading ējis® program delivery and on-boarding team efforts for Cr24 Clients. Mike's experience with software development and governance operations of enterprise environments is coupled with understanding to achieve high performance for ējis® programs. Providing client-focused leadership throughout the ējis® integration and launch, user learning and refinement, and on-going consulting and new feature processes that are part of Cr24's convergence culture of client embrace for performance software.
Before joining the Cr24 team, Mike's experience was working and serving leading SaaS and license software tech programs with firms such as First USA, CoreStates Bank, SEI Investments, CIGNA, Reliance Insurance, AEGON, PNC Bank, Towers-Watson, MODIS, ADP, and Premier Logic. Affording Mike the opportunity to develop strategy and and lead teams with enterprise software product and service development, integration and transition, broad eCommerce performance reach, and advanced governance operations tied to revenue objectives.
Mike holds a BS degree in Computer Science from La Salle University. When Mike is not "heads-down" developing product assembly and implementation procedures with his teams, he enjoys spending time with family, as well as golf and rackets. Well-advertised is Mike's love for pro football, and if you look closely in the stands you can catch him in his green, white, and silver at an EAGLES home game.
As the Chief Technology Officer of ējis® Programs, Tony guides architecture and evolution of ējis® software products. Tony, as lead suite technologist for Cr24, with the Diamond partnership, brings together the coordinated competencies to realize the Client vision. Tony motivates the team with an infectious enthusiasm and innovative approach to new platform functions, tools and feature-sets, and implementation solutions. Tony and his team enable Cr24 application Intelligence performance to go beyond ROI.
Tony's innovation focus stems from digital product challenges and experiences gained with organizations such as AFL-CIO, and Federal and State Agencies of Vermont, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and Delaware. Retail Banking and Loyalty initiatives with MLB, MBNA, Bank of America, AT&T, and American Express. Tony's leads technical strategy and efforts across Cr24's ējis® product, support, and LAB development teams.
When Tony is not putting long hours in at work, he spends time with family. Also, well documented is Tony’s passion for sport fishing. If you are willing to venture out, you will find him on his boat throughout our Mid-Atlantic coastal waters - working on the big one that he won’t let get away.

Greg performed, early on, in larger initiatives and developmental sequences shaping enterprises and marketplace change. Projects spanning national military and nuclear technologies departments and impacting directions for GE, OKI, Walklett Group, and Harnsfigure Engineering. Greg's foundation in early-stage Kermit, FTP, VAX for VMS, and RDB market developments, lead to adoptions by Digital, Apple, and American Airlines.
Greg's relational data understanding and process that influence application’s UI/UX, intelligence objectives which excels data performance lead to early IoT thinking.
Greg as a founding partner in Diamond Technologies, an App Dev INC500 fastest growing company serving DuPont, United Way, MBNA, Core States, Oracle, IBM, US Defense Dept, GSK, Astra Zeneca, Blood Bank of DelMarVa, Merck, and WaWa had the opportunity to develop and execute against program and operations standards for highly-regulated and demanding enterprise programs.
Greg's experience with data and technology intelligence drives his strategic role as Cr24's CIO of ēvolv programs. Working to create Cr24 products to sharpen the ability to connect information points, bring greater awareness and better choices, and provide Clients with stronger eCommerce value and market differentiation.
Greg enjoys advisory to United Way, Junior Achievement, Delaware Tech., and the DE Governor’s Small Business Council, DE state Youth Chairman, and Board roles with faith-based juvenile development and justice programs. Family and friends, coaching baseball, and golf, and kayaking adventures with his wife Debbie provides some needed downtime from Greg's busy schedule.
Byron (1966 – 2022), our beloved co-founder, colleague, and friend passed away after a brief illness. Byron was instrumental in the early days of Cr24 with his ideas, vision, and determination. Like all co-founders, Byron was dedicated to build the foundation, mission, culture and values to help Cr24 become what it is today.
Prior to Cr24, Byron worked in leadership teams at Trellist , CTI, and North Fyord. Serving global brands for Astra Zeneca, CVS, Bank of America, Capital One, CiTi, Barclay’s, Koch, AT&T, IBM, Campbell’s, Wimbledon, DuPont, U.S. Open, Samsung, and Coca-Cola.
